Create event

Do guests need an account?

No. Guests open the event link, enter the requested upload details, accept consent, and upload from their phone.

Are guest uploads published automatically?

No. Uploads stay private for couple review. A guest gallery only shows approved photos after the event settings allow gallery visibility.

What happens to originals?

Original files are preserved in private storage and are not overwritten by thumbnails or enhanced variants.

Can AI change identities or bodies?

The enhancement workflow is designed for lighting, color, clarity, and crop improvements. It should not intentionally alter identities, body shape, or event truth.

Can every blurry photo be fixed?

No. Some photos cannot be fully recovered if they are blurry, obstructed, low-resolution, or missing key details.

How long are photos stored?

Retention depends on the package. Couples can see retention status in the dashboard and request deletion.

How are downloads delivered?

Gallery exports run as background jobs and download links are signed, private, and time-limited.

How do I request a photo takedown or refund review?

Use the support page with the event link, enough detail to identify the issue, and no payment credentials or passcodes.
