What to include

Include the event link or slug, your relationship to the event, the issue type, and enough detail to identify the photo or account action. Do not send passcodes, payment card numbers, or government IDs unless support explicitly requests a safer verification path.

Takedown handling

Support can help review approved gallery photos, remove media from public visibility, and coordinate event deletion requests with the couple where appropriate. Pending uploads are not public while they wait for couple review.
