Upload terms

Consent for private wedding photo uploads.

These terms explain what guests agree to when using an event upload page.

Guest permission

By uploading, guests confirm they have permission to share the selected photos with the couple and The Aisle for the event's private collection, review workflow, approved gallery display, enhancement requests, exports, support, and deletion processing.

No guest account

Guests do not need an account for the MVP upload flow. Event passcodes, when enabled, are used only to protect the upload page and should not be shared publicly outside the event audience.

Couple review

Uploads are not silently published. The couple controls review decisions and gallery visibility according to event settings. Rejected or pending photos do not appear in the public gallery.

Acceptable uploads

Guests should upload wedding-related photos they are comfortable sharing with the couple. Do not upload illegal content, private documents, harassment, or images that intentionally violate another person's privacy.

AI enhancement consent

The couple may request enhancement for selected photos. Enhancement should improve presentation without intentionally changing identities, bodies, or the truth of the event. AI results require review before gallery use.

Takedown requests

Guests or subjects can use the support page to request review or removal of a photo. Include the event link, your name, and enough detail to identify the image without sending sensitive documents unless support asks for them.
