Package retention
Each package includes a storage retention window. Demo events retain media for 30 days, Essentials for 90 days, Standard for 180 days, and Premium for 365 days unless a support-approved extension is applied.

The Aisle keeps media only for the event's configured retention window unless the couple requests deletion sooner.

Couples can see the scheduled retention date and deletion request status in the event dashboard. Retention and deletion are not hidden in account settings.
Deletion requests
An owner or co-owner can request deletion from the dashboard. The request records an audit entry and queues background deletion; it does not perform destructive storage work inside the web request.
What deletion removes
The deletion worker removes event originals, thumbnails, enhanced outputs, exports, and temporary objects from private storage, then marks event, photo, variant, and deletion records so future gallery and dashboard views cannot expose deleted media.
What may remain
Billing records, security logs, audit logs, and minimal records needed for fraud prevention, legal compliance, tax, support, or deletion verification may be retained after media deletion.
Restore limits
After the deletion worker completes, media should be treated as unrecoverable from the app. Backups are for disaster recovery and are not a substitute for the couple's export before deletion.
